That’s why we include professional staging services for all our listings. We hire a professional stager and provide you with a free consultation and "Showcase" staging service to ensure your home is presented in the best possible way.
Accredited Staging® Professionals use a proven set of guidelines and do a thorough inspection to evaluate the home’s market appeal, indoors and out.
The initial consultation involves a room-by-room walkthrough to identify issues with cleanliness, clutter, repairs, and furniture arrangement. Following this, the stager provides a written report with recommended tasks. Once your listing date is set, the stager returns to "Showcase" stage your home a few days prior, if you opt for this service. This staging may include arranging furniture and adding decorative items like art, bedding, towels, pillows, and vases.

Agent open houses are held on a predetermined day for your neighbourhood. This open house allows agents to preview your property for their prospective buyers and gives us a chance to get feedback on price and decor. Agent open houses are normally held in the mornings between 10am-12pm and are generally only done at the beginning of the listing.
9. PRINT & OUTDOOR ADVERTISING
